How to request account deletion

    Send the request from your registered email address

    Email raman@bankexamstoday.com with the subject Bank Exams Today account deletion request.

    Include account identifiers

    Include your registered email address. You may also include your registered mobile number and Google Play order ID if you made a purchase.

    Verify ownership if requested

    We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting the account so that another person cannot delete your data without permission.

    Deletion timeline

    After verification, we will complete the deletion request within 30 days and send a confirmation email when it is complete.

Data deleted
  • Account profile details such as name, email, mobile number, and login account data.
  • Learning activity such as practice attempts, test progress, bookmarks, streaks, planner data, and course activity linked to your account.
  • Device and notification identifiers used for push notifications.
  • Personalization and preference data linked to your Bank Exams Today account.
Data that may be retained
  • Payment, invoice, subscription, refund, and tax records may be retained for up to 8 years where required for accounting, tax, dispute, or legal compliance.
  • Security logs, abuse-prevention records, and fraud investigation records may be retained for up to 180 days, or longer if needed for an active investigation.
  • Support emails and contact history may be retained for up to 2 years so we can resolve disputes and maintain service records.
  • Encrypted backups may retain deleted data for up to 90 days before automatic rotation removes it.

Important notes

Deleting your Bank Exams Today account removes access to your saved learning progress and app account data. If you have an active Google Play subscription, you may also need to manage or cancel it from your Google Play account.
